The sausage rolls are the way to go. Juicy and flavorful pork or chicken sausage rolled in a puff pastry. Have it plain or dip it in ketchup or barbeque sauce just like they do in Australia!*

Coffee and tea time is such a huge aspect of Australian culture, and what goes better with a hot drink than a delicious sweet? Sheila's is proud to serve some of Australia's top desserts. What can beat a Lamington? A yellow cake with raspberry jam in the center, coated in a rich chocolate icing, and rolled in coconut.
If cake isn't what you are craving, try a Vanilla Slice, a thick vanilla custard sandwiched between puff pastry. Or maybe a Cherry Ripe Slice is more your style, with its shortbread base, coconut and cherry middle, and chocolate on top.
And of course the good old Anzac Biscuit is always reliable. An oatmeal, coconut, and golden syrup "cookie" is always a crowd pleaser.
